Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with institutional policies

4.1 Customer Data

• Schools retain ownership of their raw institutional and student data
• Saipris acts as a data processor

4.2 Saipris Derived Data

Saipris owns:

• Aggregated datasets
• Anonymised insights
• AI models, algorithms, and derived analytics
• Platform benchmarks and performance indicators

By using Saipris, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process data to provide Services
• Create anonymised and aggregated derivatives
• Use such derivatives for research, analytics, and commercial purposes

Some features use automated systems. Outputs:

• Are advisory, not guarantees
• Should be interpreted alongside professional judgment
• May evolve as models improve

Users must not:

• Reverse engineer the platform
• Misuse or scrape data
• Introduce malicious code
• Violate privacy or data protection laws

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Saipris reserves the right to:

• Introduce new pricing tiers
• Monetise premium analytics and AI features
• Charge for value-added insights and services

All Saipris software, branding, models, and content are the exclusive property of Saipris, except where otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Security risks

Saipris is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim warranties
• Liability is limited to fees paid for the Services

Users agree to indemnify Saipris against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable international laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
